Over the last several years I’ve taken quite a fondness for whiskey. Not in the same way I did 15 years ago when I ravaged the sweet elixir with Coca-Cola or made it the 24th flavor of my Dr. Pepper. Now, I drink my whiskey with an ice cube, sometimes two, and just a spritz of water.
